Ceramic is SaatiChem’s response to the demanding requirements of direct screen-printing on ceramic tiles. The Ceramic family of direct emulsions is specially formulated to withstand the severe impacts characteristic of this process. Ceramic high quality emulsions produce stencils with outstanding mechanical resistance and durability when printing with abrasive ceramic inks. The Ceramic line includes triple-cure emulsion for waterproof permanent stencils, dual-cure for high definition, low Rz stencils, and pure photopolymer emulsions for producing very thick stencils.

Textil (made in Italia)
Textil Emulsions are designed specifically for the garment and textile industries. In this sector, more than in others, a deep knowledge of every production process is crucial to a suitable development of photoemulsions. The Textil range encompasses pure photopolymer, dual-cure, diazo, and our unique triple-cure technologies along with emulsions specifically for making very thick stencils or coating a very coarse mesh. This family represents the most technically updated range of direct emulsions to screen print the most intricate T-shirt and the most delicate designs that often bear the name of famous fashion houses.

Remove IR4 water-based ink remover with low organic content. Remove HR5 powerful and fast acting haze remover that is user friendly, easily biodegradable and made with 100% renewable ingredients.
